I'm a product manager who started in design and never lost the habit of sketching the solution myself.
Over the last four years I've shipped work across fintech, payments, savings, edtech and e-commerce — writing the specs, mapping the flows, managing the developers, and staying close enough to users to know when the roadmap is wrong. I'm most at home in the messy 0 → 1 phase: turning a founding vision into a product narrative people immediately understand.
My First-Class Honours degree in Library & Information Science is a fancy way of saying I was trained to organise chaos, retrieve the right information, and make it usable — which turns out to be most of the job. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Information Technology with an Artificial Intelligence specialization at Miva Open University.
